Thank you for using TradeMirror ("the App"). The App is developed by K.S ("we", "us"). We value your privacy deeply and are committed to protecting your data security. This policy aims to clearly explain how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.
TradeMirror 採用「本地優先 (Local-First)」架構設計。我們不會在我們的伺服器上收集、儲存或出售您的任何交易紀錄或個人財務數據。
TradeMirror is designed with a "Local-First" architecture. We do not collect, store, or sell any of your trading records or personal financial data on our servers.
2.1 交易數據與內容 (Trading Data and Content) 您在 App 內輸入的所有資訊（包括但不限於股票代碼、價格、損益金額、交易筆記、情緒紀錄以及上傳的截圖），皆加密儲存於您的 iOS 裝置本機資料庫 (Local Storage) 中。
All information you input into the App (including but not limited to stock symbols, prices, P&L amounts, trade notes, mood records, and uploaded screenshots) is encrypted and stored locally in your iOS device's Local Storage.
2.2 iCloud 雲端同步 (iCloud Sync) 為了提供跨裝置的使用體驗及資料備份，本應用程式使用 Apple 提供的 CloudKit 服務。您的加密資料會安全地同步至您個人的私有 iCloud 帳戶中。我們（開發者）無法存取或查看您的 iCloud 資料。
To provide a cross-device experience and data backup, the App uses Apple's CloudKit service. Your encrypted data is securely synced to your personal private iCloud account. We (the developers) cannot access or view your iCloud data.
2.3 用戶設定資料 (User Profile Data) 您可以在設定中選擇性地輸入「暱稱」或「聯絡 Email」。這些資訊僅用於 App 內的介面顯示及方便您匯出資料時使用，同樣僅儲存於您的裝置本地端，我們不會收集。
You may optionally enter a "Nickname" or "Contact Email" in the settings. This information is used solely for in-app interface display and specifically to facilitate data export features. It is also stored locally on your device, and we do not collect it.
本應用程式提供「AI 交易診斷」功能。當您使用此功能時，您同意將相關的交易數據（如進出場價格、持有時間、損益結果）以匿名化的方式發送至我們的第三方 AI 服務提供商（例如 OpenAI）進行分析，以產生診斷報告。
The App offers an "AI Trade Diagnosis" feature. By using this feature, you agree that relevant trading data (such as entry/exit prices, holding periods, P&L results) will be sent in an anonymized manner to our third-party AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI) for analysis to generate diagnostic reports.
